These terms govern the engagement between you and SB Productions, LLC. By hiring SB Productions, LLC for production services, you authorize our team to plan, capture, edit, and deliver media content according to the agreed project scope.
SB Productions, LLC operates with clear internal timelines for pre-production, filming, and editing milestones. You agree to provide timely feedback, approvals, and required access. Delays in client responses may extend final delivery timelines.
SB Productions, LLC charges project-based or recurring service fees as outlined in your proposal. Invoices are due according to the agreed schedule. Late or missed payments may pause production, editing, or delivery until the account is brought current.
Please note: Any third-party costs (such as location fees, talent, permits, or licensed assets) are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Upon receipt of full payment for services rendered, the client assumes ownership of specific deliverables such as finalized videos, edited photos, and approved production assets. SB Productions, LLC retains ownership of internal workflows, templates, and production processes used to create those deliverables.
SB Productions, LLC reserves the right to modify these terms. By continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms of Service.
